1. Limits of AI

The Service creates videos using artificial intelligence (AI). Results may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or different from the examples shown on the site. Facial features may drift, motion may look unnatural, and there may be visual distortions or content that does not fully match your expectations. We do not guarantee a specific result, a consistent level of quality, or a perfect match to the photos you uploaded.

2. Your responsibility: copyright and minors

You are solely responsible for every photo, file or piece of content you upload. By uploading content you represent and warrant that:

• You hold all the rights needed to use the content and create a video from it, including consent from copyright holders and from every person who appears in the photos.
• If the content includes minors, you are the parent or legal guardian, or you have explicit consent from a parent or guardian to create the video and use the photos.
• Using the photos and the resulting video does not infringe any third party's rights, violate their privacy, or break any law.

You release the operators of the Service from liability for any claim arising from the content you uploaded or from the use of the resulting video.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload or create with the Service content that includes, among other things:

• Sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, and in particular any such content involving minors.
• Extreme violence, hate, incitement or harassment.
• Illegal, misleading or fraudulent content.
• Characters or trademarks belonging to others, used without permission in a way that infringes their rights.

We may refuse to process a request, remove content or block access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect these terms have been breached.

4. No-refund policy

Creating a video involves server, processing and AI costs that cannot be recovered. As a rule, payments for the Service are therefore non-refundable, including where the result does not meet your expectations, the uploaded photos were of low quality, or processing was only partly completed because of a problem on the user's side.

If a significant technical failure on our side prevented a video from being created despite a charge, you can contact us and we will review the case.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, the "My Clip" brand, the code, the interface and the materials we own remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce or make commercial use of them without written permission.

Subject to third-party rights and these limits, the rights in a video created from the content you uploaded remain yours, and the Service receives a limited license to process, store and display the content in order to provide and improve the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after an update is published means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page now and then.
